KBS, the country's largest broadcaster, yesterday allowed two celebrities - former top actress Hwang Soo-jeong and pop singer Shim Shin - to return to its programs. Hwang and Shim were banned from TV after being convicted of taking drugs in 2001 and 2002, respectively.
